Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Starred Hotel in Bandar Lampung during April 2017 reached 57.20% position, up 3.16 points compared to March 2017 which recorded 54.05%. TPK star hotel April 2017 compared to April 2016 which recorded 57.97% decreased by 0.77 points. Other accommodation TPK in April 2017 was 46.27% up 0.23 points compared to March 2017 which recorded 46.04%.

The number of guests during April 2017 staying in star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 126,247 people, consisting of 548 foreign guests and 125,699 domestic guests. This condition increased by 2,620 people (2.12%) compared to March 2017 which recorded 123,627 people. The number of guests by type of hotel in star hotels during April 2017 was 30,793 people, consisting of 160 foreign guests and 30,633 domestic guests. The number increased by 3,885 people (14.44%) compared to March 2017 which recorded 26,908 people. While the number of guests during the month of April 2017 who stayed in other accommodation as many as 95,454 people, consisting of 388 foreign guests and 95,066 domestic guests or down by 1,265 people or about 1.31% compared to March 2017 recorded 96,719 people.

The average length of stay in April 2017 was 1.43 days down 0.27 days compared to March 2017, with foreign guest details of 3.06 days and domestic guests at 1.42 days. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodation during April 2017 was recorded 1.36 days down 0.11 days compared to the previous month, with 6.09 foreign guest details and domestic guests 1.35 days.
